of how you lot made it, it was fun exciting and gave us all plenty of good 
oppotunities to get to know other people better, and build on some of our 
releationships with people. On the way back on the coach we was all singing 
to the songs that you have taught us and we all said what a fantastic trip

The people there were amazing, the place was amazing and so was the food - testament to this I did have about 3 helpings of every meal. I can't wait to go back and see the team in June. well after nearly well numerous years pass by castlerigg memories still come back with good times. well I'm going back to John Foulkes days! I spent 3 years on the trot helping and assisting over summers at Castlerigg... memories of being saved by John Foulkes after going in the Lake fully clothed and the nuns sending out a search party for me, shortly before I walked through the door. But most of all I remember the walks in the pouring rain, the vigils in chapel and bringing aussie white wine for Bill Duncan from Yates' wine lodge. Even last Sunday Frizzington St. Joseph's recognised memories not forgotten. Is Bill Duncan still alive?
